we had a really good stay with great service for the money we paid. The staff was excellent the entire time. We liked our decent sized king room with super comfy beds. The location close to the restaurant we attended was absolutely perfect.

it was a wonderful and comfortable place to relax, with incredibly accommodating staff from the manager Shelly to the cleaning personnel. the location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and shops.

The front desk and maintenance staff were very nice. Special thanks to Tasia at the front desk - I thought I had left an important item in our room after we checked out. Tasia was very conscientious in helping me. I felt that my needs were important - that's good customer service! Our room was spotless and quiet. The bed was beautiful and comfortable. (The pillows were heavenly!!)

The hotel is older so it's a little dated however,great upkeep,grounds are nice,overall very clean.

The room was super clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud 😊. Plus, I loved that I could easily use my chime card here. the location was awesome, just a short 10-15 minute stroll away from a really moving museum.

Great location in a lovely area with plenty of restaurants, shopping spots, and a business center nearby.

staff was friendly and nice

it was old and outdated so it made it feel dirty. The pool hot tube was dirty. My hot water in our room ran out.. after the kids shower my shower was mild warm and not hot. No more hot water. I was not happy about that. Then we witnessed fights break out in the halls with police. It was not great. That set a bad image for the hotel.

Good Location, Pet friendly.

Arrived late at night and staff had an attitude. Staff didn't give us location of room or suggest the best door to use and we ended up walking from one end of the hotel to the other. IN addition, our key stopped working twice and had to be rekeyed. One time was at 3:00am after being at a wedding, and staff was no where to be found.

The rooms here are super clean and recently renovated, and the beds are like sleeping on a cloud 🛏️. They even offer a wake-up service to help you kickstart your day. The location is great, nestled in a really nice area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby for you to explore.
